Agreement to These Terms

By downloading, installing, accessing, or continuing to use Mellivia (the "Service"), you accept every provision below. If any term is unacceptable, discontinue use of the Service immediately.

Scope of the Service

Mellivia delivers artificial-intelligence tools for enhancing and transforming images and videos. Features, availability, and pricing may change at our discretion, including temporary suspension or permanent removal without advance notice.

Privacy Practices

Personal data is managed according to our Privacy Policy. Core commitments include:

• Processing is confined to what is reasonably necessary to operate, maintain, and improve the Service.
• Facial effects are evaluated in real time. Associated data is removed immediately after processing completes, is not retained, and is not used to identify individuals.

Billing and Subscriptions

• Automatic Renewal: Paid plans renew at the end of each billing period. Charges are applied to your store account before the next cycle begins.
• How to Cancel: Manage and cancel subscriptions through your device's App Store settings at least 24 hours before the current period ends. Direct cancellation requests to us cannot be processed.

Rules of Conduct

You must not use the Service to:

• Produce, upload, or spread content that is unlawful, infringing, abusive, hateful, violent, obscene, or otherwise inappropriate.
• Disrupt operations, attempt reverse engineering, or exploit the platform for unauthorized commercial gain.

Violations may result in immediate suspension or termination, and we may pursue any remedies available under law.

Ownership and Licenses

All rights in the Service—including software, branding, designs, and underlying technology—belong to us or our licensors. You receive a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service for its intended purpose.

Content You Provide

You keep ownership of materials you upload. To run the Service, you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free license to store, process, display, and adapt your content as needed. This license ends when you delete the content from our systems.

No Warranties

The Service is offered on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. To the fullest extent allowed by law, we disclaim all warranties, whether express or implied. You bear all risks arising from use of the Service.

Cap on Liability

Where mandatory law permits, neither we nor our affiliates shall be responsible for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost data or profits, connected with the Service.

General Terms
